Miranda Zeller is a Brisbane based choreographer, teacher and dance physiotherapist. She combines her professional dance and physiotherapy experience to offer a unique approach to dance education.
Miranda trained at Steps Dance Centre and Queensland Dance School of Excellence, where she obtained her Advanced 2 RAD award. She studied dance at Queensland University of Technology, graduating with a Bachelor of Fine Arts (Dance). As a professional dancer Miranda has performed throughout Australia and Internationally. She has worked for Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines, Expressions Dance Company, Queensland University of Technology, Powderfinger, The Sleepy Jackson, Little Birdy, Elizabeth Rose, Phluxus Dance Collective and contemporary choreographer Claire Marshall.
Miranda has taught dance technique at Expressions Dance Company, Queensland Ballet, Queensland University of Technology, Australian Dance Performance Institute, Queensland National Ballet, Prudence Bowen Atelier and Annette Roselli Dance Academy and is a regular dance adjudicator interstate.
Miranda studied Physiotherapy at the University of Queensland and is a member of the Australian Physiotherapy Association. She is passionate about helping dancers understand the basis of movement in order to perform at their best and avoid injury.
